Computational skills in R, Python, genomics, geospatial analysis in R and/or Google Earth Engine

The Study Group is offering mix-and-match workshops teaching computational skills during this summer course spanning two weeks. You will work together with your colleagues at the Faculty of Science during interactive, hands-on workshops that most interest you: introduction to R programming, introduction to Python programming, metabarcoding analysis, RNA sequencing, metagenomics, geospatial analysis in R  and Google Earth Engine.  Modules are aimed at masters and PhD students, postdocs and other researchers, will be held online and restricted to a maximum of 20-30 participants.
